FLAT RATE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS ONLY $9.95.

Delivery time

We aim to have all Australian orders shipped within  7 - 10 business day. 

Deliveries to Australian metropolitan areas are shipped via Fastway Couriers or Australia Post.  All deliveries can be tracked through the corresponding company’s tracking systems. The tracking number is emailed to you upon dispatch.

Handling Time

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and for the tracking to update. 

Packaging
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. If this occurs there is no additional shipping charge to you and the remaining items within your order will follow shortly.

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel with Australia Post or Sendle.

Delivery of Your Goods within Australia

All parcels need to be signed for on delivery, so we recommend use of a business address if there will not be someone home during business hours. If your parcel cannot be delivered you will receive a notification card and you will need to make alternative arrangements for collection with the courier. If not collected, it may be returned to Vinyl Groove Gear and any re-delivery charges will be charged to the customer.

You may elect to provide delivery instructions and an “authority to leave”. Please only do this if there is a secure area to do so. Vinyl Groove Gear are not responsible for your order once it has been delivered with your authority to leave or not signed for by someone at your premises.
